What this virtual session is for: - New skaters who want a friendly introduction into roller skating fundamentals - Community connection - Asking questions before committing to lessons - Talking through goals, fears, or curiosities What to expect: - A casual, pressure-free conversation - Time to ask anything skating-related - Guidance on what might be a good next step for you Good to know: - No skating required (unless you want to!) - Great starting point if you’re unsure where to begin
Cancellation Policy
Appointments All sessions are booked in advance through Wix Bookings. Please arrive on time so we can use the full duration of your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session may be charged or forfeited. No-shows may not be refunded or ryou may rebook a future session. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may be considered a no-show. What to Bring Please bring your own skates and protective gear for skating lessons. For maintenance consultations, bring the skates you’d like to discuss. Meet & greets do not require skates unless you choose to bring them. Safety & Responsibility Skating involves physical activity and some inherent risk. You are responsible for your own equipment and physical readiness. Protective gear is strongly recommended for skating sessions. Age Policy Minors must have a parent or guardian present unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
