Order Processing Times

Due to the customization and personal nature of your order, please allow 3-5 business days handling for assembling your laces or pressing of your merch as they are made in house. 

 

Domestic and International Shipping

For domestic shipping within the U.S., please allow for  2-3 business day processing for shipping via USPS or FedEx Ground. 

 

For international shipping, Please allow 3-5 business days for handling of your order. Arrival time will depend on your location for items shipped via USPS Priority International with tracking. Handoff will occur between post carriers and destination carrier will provide updates beginning once handoff is complete. FedEx Ground International is not available at this time.

 

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders of $60+ to states in the U.S. International rates vary and buyer agress to pay duties associated with shipping via USPS.

 

Transparency Around Returns, Changes and Cancellations

We stand by the quality of our laces and offer a money-back guarantee or lace replacement if there are any issues within 30 days from your delivery date.
