On Sunday, September 21st at 10am CST at Gallery Park in Glenview, our Lucid Laces team walked together in honor of those impacted by Alzheimer’s.

For me, this walk is deeply personal. Walking for my mother, Maria, who is living with Alzheimer’s. Every step I take is a step of love, remembrance and determination to support families like ours.

We’ve exceeded our $2,000 fundraising goal of $2,325 for Team Avoa!

The North Shore Walk’s overall goal is $268,000, and together the community has already raised $228,032—but there’s still a way to go.
